Children's Curriculum & Schedule
The Dynamic Self Defense children's curriculum is different from the adult curriculum in that children are likely to encounter different types of conflicts. At Dynamic Defense children learn not only how to avoid dangerous situations they learn how to defend themselves effectively against larger attackers, even an adult.
Dynamic Self Defense instructors are positive role models that help your child develop skills for self defense and for life.
